Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs 69 kr within Sweden. Spend more than 350 kr and it is on us. We deliver across Europe, and the delivery options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship with Schenker (DSV). Order before 12:00 on a business day and it is packed and sent the same day, otherwise the next business day. Your order confirmation arrives by e-mail as soon as the purchase goes through.
If something is unclear about your delivery, e-mail us with your order number and we will look at it.
Payment
You pay in Qvickly Checkout, in the checkout itself. That is where you choose how to pay — Swish and identification with BankID are supported — and which options are available for your purchase is shown when you get there. All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT.
To withdraw from a purchase, use Returns and right of withdrawal. The full terms are in our terms of purchase.
Product care
The ritual is four steps, in the order the skin wants them. Scrub first, on damp skin: take a little, massage lightly, rinse off. The shower gel is the cleansing step. Body lotion goes on clean, dry skin. Body oil last, while the skin is still warm from the shower — it is the layer that holds the rest in place.
Store the products cool and dry with the lid properly closed, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Avoid contact with the eyes. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop using it. Always follow the directions on the packaging — those are the ones that apply to your bottle.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are sent the same day with Schenker (DSV), later orders the next business day. How long the transport takes depends on where you live.
When is shipping free?
On orders over 350 kr. Below that, shipping is 69 kr within Sweden.
Do you ship outside Sweden?
Yes, we deliver across Europe. The delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw. Do it on Returns and right of withdrawal and you get a confirmation stating the time we received your notice.
Where can I see the full ingredients?
The full ingredient list is on the packaging and on each product page. If you have a known allergy, read it before use.
Which fragrance should I choose?
The fragrance is the most personal part of the range, and it comes in several. Each product page says what its fragrance carries, and the fragrance pages describe the notes one by one.
Something is wrong with an item I received
E-mail us at info@idyllsweden.com with your order number and the batch number on the packaging, and describe the fault — a photograph helps. The complaint period is three years; how it works is under faulty goods.
