Ordering and prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Your order is binding once we have confirmed it with an order confirmation by email. Please check the confirmation and contact us right away if anything is wrong.
Payment
You pay through Qvickly Checkout, directly at checkout. Payment with Swish and identification with BankID are supported. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping within Sweden costs 69 kr. Orders over 350 kr ship for free. Delivery options and delivery details are shown at checkout. If you have questions about your delivery, email us at info@idyllsweden.com.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen, 2005:59). To cancel your purchase, notify us within 14 days at info@idyllsweden.com. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form, available at konsumentverket.se.
The item must be returned in essentially unchanged condition, and you pay for the return shipping. Email us before you send anything and we will give you the return address and instructions. We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, as required by law.
Please note that skincare products are sealed for hygiene reasons. A product whose seal has been broken may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under the hygiene exception in the law.
Complaints
Is something wrong with an item you bought? Contact us first at info@idyllsweden.com and we will help you. You have the right to complain about a faulty item for three years from the purchase, under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen, 2022:260).
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN. We follow ARN's recommendations. You can also use the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
